Hi: It is any way to restore scratches on a wood like (plastic)pannels around controls in a Cadillac CTS car? Do I need to replace them and if it is the only way, how removed the old ones?
Carlos,
You can try a rubbing compound with a towel and buff the scratches out. 3M makes a compound for plastic that works well. Other then that replacement is your only choice. Now as far as removing the piece, I’d go check with your Cadillac dealer. It shouldn’t cost to much to have them replace the piece and that way it’s worry free to you. I myself have never removed one so for to tell you would be misleading. So check with your dealer if the rubbing compound doesn’t work.
