For a temporary fix you can pull the material off the board while it is still attached in the car if it's sagging to bad, don't peel the board off too. Then take a shop vac to the board to remove the excess dried up foam. Being careful not to tear up the headliner board behind the foam, take a razor blade and cut out around the visors and the lights. Yeah the foam crap is a mess. Especially when it gets down in the vents, and then blows in your face when you turn the air on. Good luck and if you got any questions on the tear down and reinstall let me know.

Looks like I will have to rip my headliner out, take to a professional, or use keep my thumbtacks up there holding it up! I've tried sprays, foam is too far gone. But pulling out the headliner don't seem too hard. I will definitely have to use an air compressor to blow the foam crap out of my car after I am done.
